Christmas is weeks away. With last year being one of the coldest on record in the UK, and with this year set to be even colder, you may not have to travel too far to sample a ski climate, even if there is not quite the same standard of mountain peaks and designated Ski facilities.

November and December sees the unofficial start to the Ski season. A time of glacier skiing can be achieved in select spots in Austria, France and in Switzerland such as the Saas Fee. If you class yourself in this ‘die-hard’ bracket, you are in luck, as online outdoor clothing retailer OutdoorLook.co.uk have released unveiled a new ski clothing category to their range of quality discounted outdoor clothes.

The online retailer, who sell top quality branded outdoor clothing such as Regatta and Craghoppers now sell an extensive range of ski wear from established brands such as dare2b and Helly Hansen.

January into February is where you will find the best snow of the season – and the highest prices and biggest crowds. Across Europe there are destinations to suit anyone, including St Anton in Austria, Morzine in France or the Baqueira-Beret in Spain. If you are intending to ski during this peak season, make sure you grab yourself some savings before you go, like the Trespass Seige Plus Ski Trousers or Helly Hansen Swift Ski Jacket.

Founder Ian Brookes responded to the seemingly ever-increasing popularity of Skiing and recognised the demand for Ski clothing at a discounted price, “The Outdoor Look Ski clothing range covers all you could need for the perfect look on the slopes, combining fashion, functionality and affordability.”

“Skiing can be an expensive hobby, never mind holiday! It’s important to keep the costs down where possible leaving you cash to spend on the things you really enjoy. We are proud of our heavily discounted range at Outdoor Look, which we envisage expanding as the season continues.”

When quizzed about his preferred time of the Ski season and destination, Brookes replied, “For me, it has to be Mayrhofen in Austria. We usually go March time for the longer days and slightly warmer conditions. I say its warmer, but I still need my Ski thermals!”

Outdoor Look are UK based supplier of outdoor clothing who pride themselves on offering an extensive range of quality garments at unbeatable discounted prices. As well as Regatta, Outdoor Look supply a number of leading brands such as Craghoppers and Hawkshead, offering products to suit all ages, sizes and needs.
