Historic Merger Between Two Arizona Media Companies

Media announced this week that they have acquired the Arizona division of
Atlantic-Pacific Media. The two companies will be merged and will operate in one
location under the ProAction Media name. Together they will continue to offer CD and
DVD Disc Duplication, Disc Replication, USB Duplication, DVD Authoring, Custom Print
and Packaging, Complete Graphic Design services, Mailing and Fulfillment services.

Consumers will be able to benefit from the merger of these two well-respected
companies in many different ways. First, the merger will enable ProAction Media to
use Atlantic-Pacific’s its full suite of Video services for most formats of video
tape ranging from 1 inch and VHS to BetaSP, D-Beta, DVCam, MiniDV and HD Cam.

Thanks to these capabilities, ProAction Media is now a one-stop-shop for corporate
projects, Broadcast companies, Movie/Film producers, Video and Audio Production
companies. ProAction media will be able to serve these companies throughout the
entire process of creating video, from concept to delivery.

The historic merger of ProAction Media and Atlantic-Pacific is indicative of a
growing trend in many different industries. By combining their related services and
consolidating their offerings, the two companies will be able to serve their
customers more effectively.
In the six years since ProAction Media was formed, they quickly became a respected
