A little about Steve:
56 years old, husband, father and grandfather, Steve has had an impressive work history.
A former two term Pasco County, Florida County Commissioner. Eight years as a key policy maker for one of the largest Counties in the State, Steve was the Chairman of the Commission two times!
Past Chairman of the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, Steve has served on the Council for years adding his experience and judgement to that of many elected officials from the entire Tampa Bay Area.
Former Board Member of the Tampa Bay Regional Water Authority.
Over twenty years in the real estate classroom; teaching Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate License Law, Appraising, Mortgage Brokerage and Investment Analysis.
An instructor’s instructor, Steve has authored and taught the elective portions of the required continuing education classes for real estate instructors.
He has been a key speaker and offered seminars to many professional organizations; speaking on subjects as varied as : negotiation, real estate, learning techniques, time management and more.
First licensed as an instructor in 1986 Steve Simon has interacted in a positive manner with thousands of students…
The school offer the sales associate 63 hour pre-license course, the broker 72 hour pre-license course, the post license couses that each of these designations require (45 for sales associates and the two 30 hour courses for broker licensees), as well as the 14 hour continuing education course.
All of these courses are online, and are delivered via a state of the art website. We have partnered with a national provider of online backend course material. This allows the website that the students will be interacting with to be absolutely current on every update of license law change. It also provides round the student with top notch technical support via telephone or email. The difference between this online school and many others will be the content support that is going to be provided to the students.
Steve is planning online instant message chat sessions at prescheduled intervals for students with multiple questions. This will allow any student to get answers “On the fly” as opposed to waiting for emails to be received and read and a response sent.
The school will also be offering many more elective classes in areas of property managemnet & landlording and investment analysis.
In early 2009 we also plan to offer a wide array of in-class courses in our West-Central Florida location.
