Informative, fact-filled meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency. One can expect helpful and stimulating presentations by knowledgeable experts on a wide range of real estate related topics. Often written materials are handed out for reference. Questions and Answer sessions are frequently held and draw upon the vast knowledge of the association as a whole.
This month REIA GC has invited Ralph Maupin, seasoned investor who has purchased and sold over 3500 pieces of real estate, to speak. Ralph also teaches internet marketing classes and seminars. He will be showing investors and small business owners how they can generate more traffic, without cost to their business, through the internet, even if they don\'t have a web site. This is a program that will work for any business. Ralph Maupin will be demonstrating how this system has exploded his real estate business.
