This technically advanced system consists of patented ultra-violet ink embedded with specific sequenced DNA strands. Citizens mark items with a permanent ID and their fingerprint. The unique forensic fingerprint fluoresces under ultraviolet light that police use as standard, and is virtually impossible to completely remove. Even if the markings are discovered and scrubbed, traces of fluorescing DNA remain in crevices and uneven surfaces.
