identifies 10 political segments of registered and unregistered Republicans,
Democrats and Independent voters including Super Democrats, Left Out Democrats,
Green Traditionalists, Uninvolved Conservatives and Ultra Conservative Republicans.

According to Chris Wilson, president of Experian Research Services, 2008 will set a

vying for an Internet advantage will need to pay special attention to online
positioning,” said Wilson. “Experian Research Services created a segmentation system
that allows media buyers, political consultants and candidates to understand how to
communicate with and target potential voters on a one-on-one basis.”
