NFL DRAFT

Press Release Body = Arthur attended The Shaker Heights High School where he became
an outstanding athlete and an honor roll student. Surrounded by star athletes early
in his career he became a 3 year letterman and was a 2 season starter. He
registered 33 tackles and 3 sacks and was named the \"Shaker Heights\' High School,
Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman\". He was ranked as the Number 1 fullback in Ohio
by Stars Magazine.

Arthur also participated in Track and Field was listed among the top 50 Preps in
Ohio by rivals.com. He received high acclaim for being a top Track and Field
Athlete and competed in the District Meets for 200 meters Shot Put and Discuss as a
sophomore and junior student. During his senior year he was named an All
Conference, All Areas and All Districts and participated in the National High School
ALL STARS Combine.

Arthur was also an outstanding student and athlete at the University of Illinois
where he
played football and was able to finish the course work for his degree in Molecular
Cellular Biology in 3 years instead of the usual 4 years. He received many awards
for his contributions including The Scholar- Athlete Award for 2005 and 2006.

In his spare time while a university student he held bible study classes and taught
sunday school on a regular schedule.

Arthur is now getting ready for the 2007 NFL Draft and has scheduled another Pro Day
on April 11, 2009 to demonstrate his football skills for the NFL scouts. Errors were
noted at his first pro day and he wants to be sure that the numbers are right for
the scouts in order to increase his chances of getting drafted.

He is a great guy who has the kind of firm work ethic, intellect, strong player
background and community interest that the NFL is looking for.
