Last weekend\'s Ginn Open in Reunion, Fla., saw three LPGA Tour stars improve their
positions in the U.S. Solheim Cup Team points race

Juli Inkster, who tied for fourth in the tournament at the Ginn Reunion Resort,
advanced three spots to third place with 386 points in the competition to play in
the 2007 Solheim Cup, to be held Sept. 14-16 at Halmstad Golfklubb in Halmstad,
Sweden. Inkster is going for her seventh appearance on the U.S. team.

Ginn Open champion Brittany Lincicome moved from 10th to eighth place with 248
points, and Nicole Castrale finds herself in the top 15 after tying for fourth.
Lincicome and Castrale, who has 133 points, have yet to qualify for the U.S. Solheim
team.

The team will include the top 10 in the points race plus two captain\'s picks.
Christie Kerr is leading the race with 518.5 points, followed by Paula Creamer.
Morgan Pressel is in fifth place after her Kraft Nabisco Championship win, which
earned her 120 points.

The Solheim Cup is a three-day match-play competition between U.S. and European
teams. The first two days feature two sessions each day, with eight foursomes and
eight four-ball matches. The final day consists of 12 singles matches.

Teams compete for a total of 28 points, with one point awarded for each match won
and half a point to each team in a tie. The United States is the defending champion,
winning the 2005 Solheim Cup at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Indiana.

This year\'s squad is captained by World Golf Hall of Fame member Betsy King, who has
34 LPGA Tour wins to her name. Swedish golfer Helen Alfredson, who has earned 11
points in past Solheim Cups, will lead the European team.
