Dallas, TX - 7/10/2006 - www.myleadershipsuccess.com is pleased to announce the release of the updated and enhanced “Leadership is a Contact Sport”. Leadership is a Contact Sport is a complete Leadership Development Workshop designed to improve the communication, productivity and the overall leadership skills of mangers and supervisors.
The original “Leadership is a Contact Sport” was designed in 2003 by Greg Meares, President of Interactive Quality Solutions. Greg used real life team development experience to create each module. The material was then presented to business teams to verify its usefulness and validity. The results were impressive and the product was born.
The redesign of the workshop was completed this spring by a professional instructional design team that focuses on Management Development materials. The original 15 modules remained, plus additions to fine tune the product were completed. Additions include complete participant & instructor guides, additional activities to enhance the learning experience, and more detailed lecture material for your trainers.
“The previous product was more of a self guided training” explains Greg Meares. “This re-vamp brought forth the creation of an in-depth instructor\'s guide, so the workshop can be presented to any number of participants. An entire team of supervisors can complete this workshop when lead by any experienced trainer. We are finding that completing the workshop as a group is a team building exercise in itself. I\'m proud of the upgrade. My goal is to make it reasonable for leaders at all levels.”
