B S Teasdale & Son Ltd (BST) of Doncaster S Yorkshire were pleased to launch their
new range of Metal Detectable Marker Pens at the recent Foodex Meatex Exhibition
2006 at the NEC.
The 3 new detectable pens available are the DETECTA-Mark (Permanent Marker),
DETECTA-Lite (Highlighter) & the DETECTA-Wipe (Dry wipe / Flip Chart).
These markers further extend the already established BST range of metal detectable
pens all designed with combating product foreign body contamination in mind.

The metal detectable plastic moulded bodies & caps are easily detected and rejected
by conventional inline metal detection systems commonly used in the food &
pharmaceutical industries. (Lock Inspection , Smiths Detection X ray systems…)
BST Metal Detectable Products can be used in conjunction HACCP and further extend
the claims of using “all due diligence”.
